Our First Cabochons

What we did on Sunday

 

Hubby and I took a class today on making cabochons.  Here are our very first cabs, mine is on the left and his is on the right.  I think we did fantastic for our first time.  We still the to clean off the dabbing wax, but they are ready to set in to something special for each of us.

It took us over an hour longer than usualy to drive over Mt Hood on Hwy 26 last weekend.

And this is why..... 

Snow,  beauiful snow.

 

 

Thankful for those who plow, gravel and sand Hwy 26 so we could make the trip over Mt. Hood

 a safe one.
