Learning to use my new toy!!!

I bought myself a new tool/toy for the studio...now I just have to figure out how to use it correctly. Who's bright idea was it to put the manual on a CD??? Don't they know I do my best reading in bed or in the car while Hubby is driving.

I want to let everyone know we had to turn the air conditioner on this week!!!! Summer has finally arrived in the PacificNorthWest. Yippee!!!

Saturday and sunshine in the PacificNorthWest!!!!! Beautiful!!! We have been waiting for summer to arrive, we will have 2 days in the 80's before returning to the 70's on Monday. Oh, well, we will enjoy it while it is here. The good thing is I still have not had to turn on the air conditioner this year. While Hubby worked this morning I finished some new necklaces and have listed them in our Esty shop. We are taking the rest of the weekend off to enjoy the sun and pull a few weeds. Rodeo Queen

I have lived in the same part of Oregon all of my life and each July 4th there are lots of events worth attending. This year for the very first time that I can remember we were given ticket to the Molalla Buckeroo's Rodeo. Hubby and I had a fantastic time watching all the events and the wonderful firework show afterwards. Unfortunatly, I forgot my camera.....

As a side note:

My husband hails from El Paso, Tx and most of his family has participated in different rodeo events at sometime in their lives. Currently we have a 4 yr old cousin who has at least one belt buckle for barrel racing.

So now you know my inspiration for this turquoise and coral necklace.
